Turn on Web Access and Creative Skills

Web Access lets your family’s personas search the web and answer with sources. Creative Skills lets them create images and videos. Each package is $8 per family per month, or a Grace administrator can grant it at no charge.

1. Open Account

In Parent tools, choose Account, then Packages.

2. Make a package available

If a package has been granted to your family, it is already available. Otherwise, choose Buy and confirm the $8 monthly charge. You need an active family subscription. Your first package charge is prorated and appears on your next invoice.

The activation switch is disabled when a package is unavailable.

3. Turn it on

Use the package’s switch to enable it for your family’s personas. Children keep their existing safety screening, usage limits and persona access restrictions. Image and video creation also need a configured generation model.

4. Pause use or cancel billing

Turn the switch off to pause use. This leaves a paid subscription in place. To stop paying, choose Cancel paid package. Unused time is credited. If an administrator also granted the package, that access remains available.
