Accounts and pricing

The right kind of account for each person

Parents run the family, children get a safe space of their own, and relatives join as adults or seniors. Here is what each can do and what it costs.

Four account types

Who is who in a Grace family

Runs the family workspace

Parent

$20/ month

Each parent seat includes one free child

Signs in with: Email and password

The person who creates the workspace. Parents invite members, create child accounts, set limits, choose personas, and manage billing.

  • Up to two parent accounts per family
  • Every Parent tool: members, limits, personas, knowledge bases, insights, billing
  • Can read any child’s chat, or join it so the child can see them
  • Not safety-screened: parents are the family’s adults

A relative or helper with their own login

Adult member

$15/ month

Per adult, per month

Signs in with: Email and password

Anyone with an email address who is not a parent or a senior, such as an au pair or a relative. Adult members chat, join projects, and use the family’s shared knowledge. A teen you want to stay involved with should have a child account instead.

  • Private chats: parents cannot read an adult member’s chats, and they are not safety-screened
  • Attach documents and pictures
  • Parents can set the same limits and curfew used for children

Grandparents and other trusted elders

Senior

$10/ month

By request: a parent asks, Grace approves

Signs in with: Email and password

A discounted seat for older relatives. A parent submits a request from the Family members page and a Grace administrator approves it.

  • Private chats, like every adult account: not screened, not readable by parents
  • Attach documents and pictures, share chats and add people
  • Cannot manage the family or see Parent tools

A managed account made for kids

Child

Free, then $10/ month

First child per parent is free, then $10 per month

Signs in with: Username and password, no email needed

Created by a parent with just a username and password. Children get their own simple, friendly screens, and parents stay in control of when and how Grace is used.

  • Kid-friendly home, chats, family projects and a Me page, with larger type
  • Parent-set limits: AI on or off, daily tokens and minutes, curfew
  • Messages and replies are safety-screened; parents can read chats

Side by side

What each account can do

Parents can read a child’s chats and the safety model screens them. Every adult account, whether parent, adult member or senior, keeps its chats private.
